We will work with you every step of the way. From the design to the materials used, we work with you so you are not just happy and fulfilled with not just your finished piece, but the process of working with us as well. Before we proceed with making it, we will price the materials required and send you a quote for your custom piece. The time it takes will depend on orders ahead of yours and our current workload, but we will give you an estimate for the time it will take as well.

When we finish your piece we will send you photographs of it, to ensure you are happy with how it came out, and to make sure there aren’t any last minute changes you need that will make your piece even more perfect for you. If you love it, as we’re sure you will, we will send it out to you the next business day, Priority Mail with insurance and tracking.
